It’s hard to imagine anyone who has an office that doesn’t need to deal with finances on either a personal or professional level. Use your smartphone to keep up with your bottom line. The following apps can be used by most smartphones.

My personal free favorite financial app is mint.com. This is what you can use to track all financial accounts in one place, all at one time. You can view checking and savings accounts at several different banks, investment and retirement accounts 401k all on one website. This is incredibly easy and convenient to use. Take 10 minutes right now to see if mint.com is an organizing solution for your finances.

If you are out and about with your phone, you are probably driving around. There are several cheap gas finding apps. Just search for gas app and the type of phone you have and you will be able to choose a free app to download to your phone. You may want to also look at an app that will track your mileage too.

There are also apps for calculating the tip, currency exchange rates, and tracking debt reduction. Take a few minutes to browse the free apps available for your phone and know that there are simple solutions right at your fingertips. Your smartphone is like a minicomputer and you get to choose what features to add. Have fun!
